Responsibilities for Customer Care Representative
- Communicating with customers through various channels, ( phone, email, mail, social media or physical visiting).
- Knowing our products/service inside and out so that you can answer questions
- Keeping records of customer interactions, comments and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Recruit potential customers by recommending products or services and demonstrating how they benefit the customer personally.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
Qualifications for Customer Care Representative
- Certificate, diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Experience working with customer support are preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Age between 18 to 30 years
- National ID
